I've been working with CommQuotes for over the past 4 months trying to navigate the hosted PBX offerings and we are still not done (not to any fault of theirs mind you). CommQuotes was quick and insightful in sourcing available voice carriers and Internet access in our area. We’re in an over-populated, under-resourced section of town where T1 is the norm.
